Application of highly efficient cationic polyacrylamide
Application of highly efficient cationic polyacrylamide in the sludge dewatering process Cationic polyacrylamide is mainly used for papermaking industry, three oil, water treatment, solid-liquid separation, sludge dewatering and system thickening, with the development of polymerization technology, cationic polyacrylamide has from the initial powder (colloidal) become dry now.
The cationic cotton was obtained by pretreatment with tertiary amine cationic polyacrylamide, and dyed with various active groups reactive dyes in the absence of salt. The influences of reactive dye structures on dyeing properties were analyzed and the results showed that types of active groups in reactive dyes had little effect on dye exhaustion, but it was quite relative with dye reactivity and fixation.
Application of Tertiary Amine Cationic Polyacrylamide with
Tertiary amine cationic polyacrylamide with high cationization degree was used as a new cationic agent to pretreat cotton with dip-pad-bake method.
Application of anionic polyacrylamide: Industrial wastewater treatment: for suspended particles, less, high concentration, particle with positive charge, the pH of the water is neutral or alkaline water, iron and steel plant wastewater, electroplating wastewater, metallurgical wastewater, coal washing wastewater and sewage treatment, the effect was the best.
Polyacrylamide Uses
Application of Polyacrylamide. 1. PAM in water treatment field PAM for domestic sewage and organic wastewater treatment, PAM distribution or alkaline medium showed a cationic, so that the sewage effluent suspended particles with a negative charge of flocculation, clarification is very effective. Such as the production of grain alcohol wastewater, wastewater, urban sewage treatment plant effluent, wastewater, monosodium glutamate factory waste water, sugar water, organic content wastewater
Product Description Application Quaternised polyacrylamide copolymers Copolymers of acrylamide with a cationic monomer Insensitive to pH below 10 Quaternised Mannich polymers Highly charged, high molecular weight cationic homopolymer of acrylamide Short shelf life, viscous, unpleasant odour, not chlorine resistant or pH insensitive
Amine Applications and Properties Data
chemical applications; and as intermediates for textile and paper treating chemicals. Polymeric derivatives may be useful as dispersants in paints, fuels, and lubricants and as viscosity index improvers for lube oils.
Synthesis of the tertiary amine-bearing polyacrylamide. The tertiary amine-bearing polyacrylamide was obtained by classic-radical polymerization of a cationic acrylic monomer (AcDED) obtained by reaction of Ac and DED, as described elsewhere (Francolini età  al.2013).
Synthesis of cationic polyacrylamide by low-pressure UV
Generally, cationic polyacrylamide is copolymerized by acrylamide (AM) and cationic monomers in an aqueous solution. Among various cationic monomers, (3-acrylamidopropyl) trimethyl ammonium chloride (ATMAC) is the first used cationic monomer because of the rich amine groups.

Latex Syntheses Using Novel Tertiary Amine Methacrylate
Synthesis of comb-branched polyacrylamide with cationic poly[(2-dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate dimethylsulfate] quat. Journal of Polymer Science Part A: Polymer Chemistry 2002, 40 (14) , 2394-2405. DOI: 10.1002/pola.10323.
14 C‐Labeled cationic derivatives of polyacrylamide were prepared by the reaction of polyacrylamide with 14 C‐labeled formaldehyde and dimethylamine hydrochloride. The resulting Mannich base was reacted with dimethyl sulfate. Both reactions produced a yield of about 50% and the final product was a substituted polyacrylamide with tertiary and quaternary amine groups.
