The TwinOxide SafeTODose unit is an automated system to prepare and dose a TwinOxide solution. The solution is prepared from water and the TwinOxide Component A and Component B in the mixing tank and subsequently transferred to the dosing tank from which it is dosed. The transfer and dosing pump are controlled by a PLC inside the control panel.

About TwinOxide TwinOxide is a unique, advanced delivery system of two solid components. TwinOxide generates a chlorine dioxide solution that is applied as a (drinking) water disinfectant. It is delivered as a powder or tablet kit of Component A and Component B. Once added to water, TwinOxide reacts to a stable chlorine dioxide solution. More info
Product line. A 0.3% chlorine dioxide solution is prepared as per instructions by taking the requisite volume of water in an appropriate vessel or container and adding the contents of the TwinOxide Component B container to the water. Then the contents of the TwinOxide Component A container are added to the water.

TwinOxide even kills inactive microorganisms, going further than non-oxidizing disinfectants which are unable to kill inactive microbes. The oxidative load placed on cells by TwinOxide means most microorganisms are unable to build up resistance to chlorine dioxide.
