Headworks BIO secures Saudi MBBR contract - Filtration
The upgraded plant, in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, is expected to be fully commissioned by mid 2013. Once fully commissioned, the plant capacity will increase by 40% and produce effluent quality that is suitable for reuse - all within the existing infrastructure.

First MBBR Plant in Saudi Arabia | Veolia Middle East
Veolia has been awarded a turnkey contract in 2009 by Saudi Binladin Group (PBAD) to design and build a new domestic wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 10,000 m3/day. This Plant is designed to treat the domestic waste water coming from the Girls Campus & university Housing.
The Jazan complex will feature a power plant with a total capacity of 4,000 MW. Veolia will engineer and procure a wastewater treatment facility for the power plant, which will feature biological treatment, oily water treatment and metal removal treatment. The facility will be commissioned in 2017.
