Breakers | Innospec Oilfield
Innospec Oilfield Services offers a series of live and encapsulated oxidizing breakers that are specifically formulated for use in hydraulic fracturing applications, at the end of jobs, and during flushes. The effective temperature ranges are 130° to 220°F.
Innospec’s family of GelTrol™ buffers were specifically formulated to help optimize the performance of crosslinkers and hybrid fluid systems by controlling the pH of the fluid. Further laboratory testing is recommended to determine which buffer performs best with fluid design and to determine the optimal loadings.
Biocides | Innospec Oilfield
Water Preparation. Whether your oilfield water is “fresh” or recycled, harmful microorganisms are present in significant numbers. At this primary stage of a well’s development, effectively reducing and treating bacteria via proven biocides is not only critical, but paves the way for enhanced biocide results later on in the well and reservoir.
In the drilling phase, well casing can corrode due to oxygen within the drilling mud. Innospec Oilfield Services offers a variety of water soluble and oil soluble corrosion inhibitors that are specially designed for use in water- and oil-based drilling muds and air mist/stable foam operations.
