PHPA (Partially Hydrolyzed Polyacrylamide) Manufacturer
Partially Hydrolyzed Polyacrylamide (HPAM) in act with water after polymer flooding in oil filed reasons in environmental troubles, such as enhancement in the oil-water detachment trouble, natural degradation to make toxic acrylamide and jeopardize local ecosystem. Bio-degradation of HPAM may be a cost-efficient mode for solving these problems.
polymer anionic polyacrylamide for crude oil drag reducing agent in Saudi Arabia oil industry Performance of polyacrylamide as drag reduction polymer of The influence of polyacrylamide (PAM) as drag reducing polymer on flow of Iraqi crude oil in pipe lines was investigated in the present work.
Stability of Biopolymer and Partially Hydrolyzed
Three synthetic polymers tested showed some degradation in the presence of oxygen and H 2 S but were stable when either species is absent. The results indicated that oxygen is the limiting reagent in the degradation reaction with partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM) polymers under normal reservoir conditions.

Novel Superadsorbent Highly Porous Hydrogel Based
Great attention has been paid recently to hydrogels based on polysaccharides such as Arabic Gum (AG) grafted with polyacrylamide (PAM) and polyacrylic acid (PAA). These materials combine the merits of natural polymers such as biodegradability and non-toxicity with the high adsorption ability of PAM and PAA towards cationic dyes such as methylene blue (MB).
In present study the biodegradation of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM) by bacterial strains isolated from Omani oil fields was analyzed. HPAMs are extensively used in oil fields for enhanced oil recovery operations.
Hydrolysis and thermal stability of partially hydrolyzed
Partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM) is the water‐soluble polymer most often used in flooding applications in the petroleum industry. However, in aqueous solutions at high temperatures, HPAM undergoes hydrolysis of the lateral amide groups, and the presence of salts in the solution can lead to precipitation of this polymer.

We hereby employ molecular dynamics (MD) simulations (∼6 μs in total) to investigate the chain dynamics, aggregation, and interfacial properties of the partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM) polymer. HPAM is widely used in chemical enhanced oil recovery (cEOR) applications.
- What is Pac water treatment?
- It is our proposition and the formula for your success. Our chlorine, hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite and polyaluminium chloride (PAC) are largely used in water treatment, and we are one of the top suppliers of these chemicals in Malaysia and several countries within South East Asia.
- Who are the reputable wastewater chemicals suppliers in Malaysia?
- 5. Static Screen Call us now for wastewater chemical supply, we are one of the reputable wastewater chemicals suppliers in Malaysia. We have a full range of treatment chemicals.
- What is Pac powder?
- PAC powder, short for Poly Aluminium Chloride powder, has emerged as a game-changer in the field of water treatment. This innovative chemical product offers a superior alternative to traditional coagulants like aluminum sulfate, providing enhanced efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and environmental sustainability.
- How is Pac dissolved in water?
- To ensure effective treatment, PAC is generally dissolved in water at a dilution ratio of 5%-10%. The solution is stirred thoroughly to create a yellow-brown or light-yellow liquid. The diluted PAC solution is then added to the sewage for treatment. During the treatment process, it is important to monitor the sedimentation tank.
