The Aquarobic Mini-Plant wastewater treatment tank treats flows from 240 to 1,000 gallons per day. The Maxi-Plant wastewater treatment plant treats effluent flows from 1,500 to 500,000 gallons per day.
Aquarobic Mini-Plant System Operation The Mini-Plant is a Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) system programmed by a factory set timer, which regulates aeration, settling and pump functions. The system discharges a batch of aerobically (highly treated effluent averaging 7 BOD & 11 SS) through a forward flush 100 micron spin filter.

TOP. AQUAROBIC MINI-PLANT. The Mini Plant is a single batch per day process.Wastewater is exposed to diffused air for 20 hours, breaking down the solids and oxidizing the waste. The liquid then settles for 3 hours, separating the undigested solids from the clear effluent, and then for a period of 1 hour the clear effluent is pumped to the discharge area.
The Mini-Plant series (Sequencing Batch Reactor-SBR) treats wastewater flows from 500 to 5,000 gallons per day. The Mini-Plant tank is sized to hold a volume of three (3) times the daily wastewater flow, providing 100% or more overload capacity.

The Aquarobic Mini-Plant wastewater treatment tank treats flows from 240 to 1,000 gallons per day. The Maxi-Plant wastewater treatment plant treats effluent flows from 1,500 to 500,000 gallons per day.
While a conventional septic system uses only the septic tank to separate solids, fats and grease, an aerobic treatment unit (ATU) uses Oxygen infusion for digestion rather than the anaerobic process. Just as in the case of conventional (or standard) systems, an aerobic septic system uses natural processes to treat wastewater.
