DYES AND PIGMENTS MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIAL WASTE WATER
to remove the compounds present in wastewater from dye manufacturing industry. The character of wastewater was determined as its contained high ammonia (5712mg/L), COD (38000mg/L) and Total dissolved solids (56550mg/L) concentration. Most compounds found in the wastewater are ammonia, phenol derivatives, aniline derivatives, organic acid
Textile dyeing industry is one of the most water consuming industries after thermal, engineering pulp and paper industries. In India water consumed by textile industries in the year of 2010 was around 1900 Mm3 (Million cubic meters) and effluent water generated was around 75 per cent of its intake. Discover the dos and don'ts of industrial water treatment...

List of Wastewater Treatment companies, manufacturers and suppliers in Saudi Arabia (Water and Wastewater) Saudi Arabia. The power and water industry in Saudi Arabia is set to play an increasingly important role in the Kingdom`s privatisation programme. Marafiq has been striving from the outset to meet the government`s
Water recycling from desalination and purification process
In the dye industry, it is also effective in water recycling from the desalination and purification process wastewater and in treating effluent prior to final disposal. The large amount, but low level pollutant of effluents, was produced from the desalting and purification process of the reactive dye manufacturing industry.

Removal of Dyes from the Effluent of Textile and Dyestuff
Abstract Biological removal of dyes from effluents of textile and dyestuff manufacturing industry offers some distinct advantages over the commonly used chemicals and physicochemical methods. These include possible mineralization of the dyes to harmless inorganic compounds like carbon dioxide and water, and formation of a lesser quantity of relatively harmless sludge.

Adsorption of Acid Dyes from Wastewater on Saudi Bentonite
Wastewater contains different types of pollutants in varying amount and concentrations. Among these, presence of dyes is of major concern for wastewater treatment. The main aim of this study is to determine equilibrium and kinetic parameters necessary to design a batch adsorber for the adsorption of acid dye 25 by Saudi bentonite clay.
Industrial wastewater treatment describes the processes used for treating wastewater that is produced by industries as an undesirable by-product. After treatment, the treated industrial wastewater (or effluent) may be reused or released to a sanitary sewer or to a surface water in the environment.. Most industries produce some wastewater.Recent trends have been to minimize such production or
Bacterial Augmented Floating Treatment Wetlands
Floating treatment wetland (FTW) is an innovative, cost effective and environmentally friendly option for wastewater treatment. The dyes in textile wastewater degrade water quality and pose harmful effects to living organisms. In this study, FTWs, vegetated with Phragmites australis and augmented with specific bacteria, were used to treat dye-enriched synthetic effluent.
The wastewater can be considered as a new water resource in an eco-industrial park by shifting the basis of industrial wastewater from a linear to a closed loop system (Gibbs and Deutz, 2005).This closed loop systems can be obtained by installing proper wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) which is proposed by several researches and summarized in Fig. 2 (Adewumi et al., 2010, Asano, 2001, Asano
